Official Bolt Giveaway Rules

  1. To enter, correctly complete the official electronic registration form found on this website. No purchase is necessary.
  2. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
  3. This raffle begins officially on July 1, 2013. All entries must be received prior to December 31, 2013 to be eligible. The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing and all decisions are final. The drawing will be conducted and the winner will be announced on the official contest website, www.ridelouisiana.com. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail and certified mail. Potential winner will be sent a winner’s packet of materials and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form or any other required documents attached therewith and return all forms, correctly filled out, so that the forms are received within thirty days of the date of the correspondence. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential winner is responsible for ensuring that all of the previously mentioned forms are actually received at the designated address within thirty days.
  4. There is only one grand prize to be awarded. The total value of the grand prize is approximately $8,000. The motorcycle will be displayed at various motorcycle events and will, as a result, be subject to some wear and tear. Value of the prize is stated in U.S. currency. Taxes, duties, shipping, licensing and registration fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  5. Winner agrees to travel to Louisiana at his or her own expense and take possession of the motorcycle no later than April 30, 2014. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and prize may then be awarded to an alternate contest registrant.
  6. This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable law. Persons entering this contest are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in any way relating to their entry or entries whether based upon their place of residence or otherwise. Winner is responsible for all taxes, tariffs, fees, shipping and miscellaneous costs related to the prize won and its transportation.
  7. Paid employees of Courtney Communications, Inc., LA Rider TV, America on 2 Wheels, Fox Sports Networks or local affiliates, Star Motorcycles or their dealers or any of the other contest sponsors or any of the previously mentioned parties’ immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  8. The winner releases Courtney Communications, Inc., LA Rider TV, America on 2 Wheels and their officers, agents, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the use of this prize. Courtney Communications Inc., does not make, nor is responsible for, a warranty or a guarantee with regards to this prize.
  9. By acceptance of the prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and address and/or likeness for purposes of advertising or trade without additional compensation.
  10. By entering this contest each participant agrees to abide by the rules of the contest. Courtney Communications Inc., reserves the right to amend, revise, and interpret these rules as it sees fit.
